You can return any withinreason.co.uk purchase to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt and examination of the goods we will issue a full refund. The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service.
To save on postage costs, we are happy for any withinreason.co.uk purchase to be returned to our shop for an exchange. Just bring the original invoice/receipt. If a refund is required then your order will be given to our dedicated returns department within 2 working days and a refund.
PayPal refunds will appear back in your PayPal account within 7 days. Other card issuers may take longer due to their processing systems, so please allow 10 working days for the payment to show on your account.

Please note that earrings are not returnable due to reasons of hygiene.
Our online returns policy differs from our shop policy on returns as the law states that when we offer goods for sale , without being seen by our customers, we must offer refunds as an option. This is inline with the Distance Selling regulations.
In our shop we have a separate returns policy due to the way the law differs when selling in store as opposed to online.
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase online, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.
Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for return and whether a refund or exchange is required.
Refunds will be processed on receipt and examination of goods.
